I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and 2 weeks later i got an email confirming an interview. I dressed business casual for the interview. The interview was actually a group interview by a general manager and crew member. They gave only two interview questions, talked about their career with Chipotle, and in the end asked if I had any questions for them. The GM said he would email me back.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
