Interview
I applied here last Saturday and got an email saying they would like to interview me that Wednesday. The interview went great, every single crew member said they liked me and the GM told me to come again this Monday for a second review. But then, I got an email saying they reviewed my application and don't have a position to offer me. It kinda through me off but I'm still going to go to the interview and tell them about it. I'll update on my second interview.

Question 1
Every single crew member asked me what I knew about the company. All were impressed because they said that the only thing people say when they come in is that they just like the food. Also, they ask for examples of how you are a leader, and how would your friends describe me.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
