I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jun 2020
Interview
I had a very low-stress interview with the general manager. After answering some straightforward questions, I was offered the job on the spot. Overall, it seemed the interview itself was not the most important part of the job application, and that my resume/pre-interview application work is what got me this job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mostly asked logistical questions, such as: are you willing to work weekends, is your schedule going to be flexible, etc.
Really chill. Why do you want to work there. What values of the company align with you. What is your availability. Have you had experience in food service before. What do you want to gain from working here

Interview
The interview was standard as in they asked for your previous experience, availability, and pay expectancy. The interviewer herself did not seem very interested in discussing and I was told whether I got the offer or not in 3 days.
