They are very informative about the culture of Chipotle, including the 13 characteristics and Food with Integrity. Upward mobility is stressed is a requirement for someone to be hired. Being outgoing and asking questions is considered an important characteristic.

They will ask for you to tell them a joke. This is in order to gauge your personality and ability to think and act on your feet.
I got an interview email almost instantly because they were urgently hiring. The longest part of the process was showing up to my interview and having to wait until the rush died down for them to being my interview.

Interview
Sat down with the general manager and was shown how important it is to care about the job and to have a good attitude with customer service and keep the integrity of the company.
I met with the manager and then had a second interview with the current crew. They wanted to make sure we would be a good fit. Got offered the job same day.
