Applied online to as many locations as possible, and only a few came back on the online status saying "Accepted for an interview". About 3 weeks after, it was today I received a call and scheduled for a group interview during the weekend. Haven't had it yet though but I like their online status set up ot let you know progress.

Question 1
On the phone was asked "Tell me about yourself" and "Why Chipotle?"
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
