I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Coon Rapids, MN) in Feb 2019
Interview
it was very easy and straightforward. I applied at a new store that was opening in a few weeks. Overall pretty relaxed. They just wanted to know my experience, where i worked, and how i would fit in with the team if i was offered position.
It was very unrelated to the position that was applied for and extremely esoteric. The interviewer didn’t ask many questions and didn’t clarify vague questions. Overall probably the worst interview I have ever been a part of.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Fairly simple, they asked me questions and hired me on the spot, then we discussed my experiences and salary. They offered me more money when I mentioned I worked at another fast food establishment.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in Apr 2019
Interview
You come in and they sit you down in the front with the GM. They ask a lot of "what if" questions about situations that are straightforward. Honestly, it is no different from any other food service interview they practically hire you on the spot.
