I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chipotle (Houston, TX)
Interview
Started by finding the Craig's List ad for a job fair. Found it at a local hotel and didn't have to wait very long to sit and talk with one of the managers. A very quick process (maybe 3 minutes). Basic questions from tell me about yourself to your best moment helping a customer. Pretty standard questions overall.
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

Interview
The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
Was very casual, applied online, called to schedule an interview time, interview occurred, questions were very basic and normal regarding fast food and customer experience. very easy normal fine very easy
