Chipotle posted "Urgently Hiring" on Snagajob, so I decided to apply since I was desperate for a job. Two days after I send in the application online, I receive a phone call from one of the managers. She told me to come in for an interview in three days. My first interview there, I arrived 15 minutes early and it went great. My interviewer was very laid back and friendly. I was offered a second interview for the next day.
The second interview, I once again arrive early. This time, I park next to an employee smoking marijuana in his car before his shift. I go inside and I am greeted, and my interviewer is currently with another candidate. I wait for them to finish, and as soon as they're done, my interviewer comes over to me and we begin. As we're going on, the employee that was just in his car smoking bursts through the door and starts screaming profane vocabulary, as well as swearing... He then goes on to wrap himself a burrito, touches the food without any gloves on, and stuffs his face. Meanwhile, my interviewer basically brushes it off as if it's a normal thing. My interviewer even starts swearing in front of me. After my interview was over, the interviewer told me to come in the next day for a final interview with the manager.
I come in for my third interview, and meet with the manager. He asked me only a fraction of the questions the first and second interviewer asked and then proceeds to ask me how many hours am I looking to work a week. I respond with, "Around 20-25 hours". He then tells me, "Unfortunately, we will only be able to give you 10 hours a week IF we do hire you." Apparently, they really weren't "Urgently Hiring" like they claimed they were. He had nothing else to say to me after that, and to be honest, the whole thing was a waste of my time. I did not receive a call or email back from anybody. I would not recommend wasting your time to apply here.
