Question 1
Do I think it is important for the staff to conduct the interviews instead of the management?

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Utah, IL) in Nov 2025
Interview
Simple enough, thorough and friendly. Seemed like a great team that got along well and still got the job done. Pretty standard when it comes to restaurant operations interviews in my opinion.

Question 1
Mostly about experience and how I would handle situations.
