China Southern Power Grid interview questions

The interview was about 20 minutes in online mode. There were three parts. The first part was self-introduction. The second part was the behavioral question (eg: the biggest challenge you have ever met). The third part was the technical question, asking something about professional knowledge.

There will be a written test first. The test is based on the position you apply. After making the written test, the office that you apply to will conducts a two on one interview. The interview will lasts for about 20 minutes with time for you to ask about the questions you have. And they will notice you the result in about on month.
