Interview was made with the CEO. A set of questions were asked by him. Interview lasted 30 minutes and I was sitting with another candidate for the role. We were asked 10 questions such as what drives us to work.

First, They explained the role of the position, and the on-going project; then gave me an overall background of the institute, and why they thought I might be a good fit for this position.
Finally, they asked some questions on my resume and past experience that related to their projects, and my expectation.
