This is 2nd interview for same position I applied before, which is rejected. During interview date, I was arrive at time stated in email, only to waiting almost an hour before HR inform me there is miscommunication from their side for my schedule. During interview process, it felt half-hearted, since the same staffs interview me. Weeks after interview, I try to follow-up the interview status, only got ghosted by HR. It happened the same during previous application. It feels like this interview only to fulfil the interview requirement.
