Interview
There was a multi-step panel interview after an initial screening by the recruiter. The first panel asked general questions, where the second was more specialized, including asking questions in French to test my language knowledge.
There was a brief phone screen to determine fit. Then there was an hour-long panel interview with less than 12 questions - some scenario, some "tell about a time when". There was time at the end to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell about a time you had to think creatively to find a solution to a problem.
First round was an HR screening (cold call) over the phone. Second round was an in-person interview before a panel of 3. It was peer led with standard questions. Interviewers didn’t seem to have much experience in the process and didn’t ask many job/skills-related questions.
