I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2013
Interview
A phone interview and then a few tests to take from home, then an in person interview with branch manager and a regional manager. Interview was not very difficult. If you have any sort of a personality your interview will probably go well. A lot more of a conversation than a skills based interview. Overall experience was positive. Having to go take a drug test was fine (since I do not do drugs) but it was a hassle to find the place that I was asked to go to.

Question 1
Sell me this pen. Problem/solution based questions etc.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
