Video interview, in my opinion, not being able to see a reaction or hear one makes it more difficult. They do provide you with unlimited practice runs, but to me that wasnt enough, i need visual feedback. You may do the video interview whenever you like where ever you like, so thats a plus.

Times when i dealt with a difficult customer,
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
