I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chase (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
Met with three managers and they asked me "Why sales?" Gave me different scenarios and asked how I would handle the situation. They then explained each of their territories and the type of customers they work with. They also wanted me to detail how my experience would be beneficial to the organization. It felt like 2/3 of the managers were good cop and the other was bad cop. They want someone who believes in exceeding expectations. If you go into the interview please detail how you exceed in past employment. Try not to simply recite your resume. Add information that's not detailed in the resume.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chase (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I had three interviews and a ridiculously long online application and boarding process. First two interviews were a group environment and the final was direct with my manager. The overall process took about three months to get hired. I don't think the way the managers represented the job painted a very accurate picture of the environment in which I would be working.

Question 1
All questions were easy and predictable. I wasn't dealing with a very bright bunch of managers.
