Interview
I went for the interview through a recruiting company. Direct face to face interview. Started on the scheduled time and ended on schedule 30 minutes later. Questions were to the point but not too technical. They were making a fair assessment of the breadth of my skill sets.

Question 1
How would you plan for testing in a very high volume environment where the requirements are not too clear.
These are standard situational and behavioral interviews. A simple Google search for situational and behavioral interview questions will reveal essentially the whole interview. Interestingly, many of the applicants for these jobs lack enthusiasm and preparation, so if you practice and little and show up ready for this type of interview, you are probably in.

Interview
It was a very low stress interview. firstly, I had to fill out multiple application forms to verify if I was a US citizen and if I could work etc. Then I had to fill and and complete the form for the drug test. Luckily I was able to get the drug test done the came day the drug test form was given to me. I then had to come into the site and meet at my previous manager's cubical for a one on one.
