I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centric Consulting (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2015

Interview

I visited their booth at my school's career fair and then was contacted about a 1:1 interview. In person interview and then a networking session at a local restaurant with company leaders. It was casual conversation format and they seemed to want to see how you interacted in a group.

Phone call with General recruiter to see what business unit would be best fit. Second call with recruiter from business unit they thought was best fit. Third interview with management from that particular business unit.
