There was an initial screening call followed by a culture/fit interview with a principal and finally two separate case interviews with associates. The whole process was a bit slow at almost two months.

Interview
Typical management consulting behavioral and case based interview. Many of the management team members come from big consulting firms, so I would make sure to prepare well for the final rounds of interviews, since the bar is high. However, Censeo has in the past given weight to culture / fit despite slightly less than stellar analytical performance.

Lengthy process. The HR recruiter dropped the ball a few times and did not follow-up when she said she would, but noted they were in a big hiring push (also never closed the loop). Phone screen with recruiter, then phone call with Associate, in-person with senior staff and two associates.
