After applying, an HR representative e-mailed me and set up an interview. I was interviewed by two women in the Editorial department who were friendly and articulate. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. The office is very cool - standard cubicles but dry erase and chalkboard walls. Large kitchens and plenty of coffee.
