Felt like speed dating, the interviewer wasn't interested in speaking with me and was just trying to get through stock questions to wrap up and move onto the next candidate. I would not accept a position if they treat potential candidates so poorly.
I applied through online. Within one day I got email from Hr for initial phone interview. After a week interview 2 hours of with three different people onsite . Then a week later I got the offer

Question 1
Initial phone interview with HR and asked most common interview questions. Later with three different and most related to my experience
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I worked with a Catalent recruiter who was wonderful and really made me believe i had done well in the interview. The interview was honestly a little weird. The manager seemed tired and like he didnt want to be there. The whole thing took about an hour and a half with 3 rounds of people. Most of the questions came from an HR sheet about behavioral situations. It seemed very on a script and like they didnt want to interview me, After the interview was over, the recruiter told me they still had more people to interview and would call me when a decision was made. Half a year later, I haven't heard back with a rejection. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. I understand people are busy, but even a rejection email is appreciated so people aren't waiting around. I was overall pretty disappointed with the whole hiring process. They also have you take a personality/skills tests before the interview as well.
