I applied online. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Madison, WI) in Dec 2018
Interview
A recruiter will be the first to contact you. It is a high level interview, going over your previous experience and minor details of the position you are applying for. They will send off your resume to the hiring manager, and if the hiring manager likes the resume/recommendation, then you proceed with a panel interview. Pre-COVID19, you go on-site and interview with multiple interviewers. Now, it’s virtual panel interview. STAR questions may be asked. You go over your previous experience and why you applied to the new position. They go over the position details. Plan for at least an hour.

Interview
I was brought in to a conference room and spoke with four people in 4 different areas/levels in the company. I know that the group structure has changed since I was interviewed but I got the impression that the company was extremely competitive and fast-paced.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Morrisville, NC) in Apr 2011
Interview
Interview process was easy if you can articulate yourself. As it is an entry level position they asked many basic questions like "Name the components of an HPLC". There were a lot of situation questions where you had to describe past events and how you handled them. Again fairly easy if you take a breath and then answer.
