Casa Central interview questions

Had multiple interviews with staff and board members. Interviews were both in person and virtual. Interviews took place over a two week period and each lasted approximately one hour. Interviews were relaxed but still comprehensive. References were contacted as well.

They are very disorganized in the initial process and changed the interview date multiple times. They requested the same resume and writing sample multiple times. The actual interview itself was strange and about a third of it was spent explaining how horribly understaffed they were. They also lied about the internship being full time as advertised. Worst of all, they extended a job offer, but then cut off all contact with zero explanation. Extremely unprofessional and shady establishment.
