-Parent governance (actual parents with children in the program)

-How your experience relates to the role/what can you bring to the team.
-An example of how you've managed a difficult situation.
-You long term goals and plans
-Parents asked how you would navigate a situation where a child is displaying higher/different needs.
-If you put bilingual in the resume, they will test you at the interview.
