I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carrots Consulting (Singapore) in Jan 2017
Interview
After applying online, got called up to take a 3hour assessment. It consists of a numerical, critical thinking MCQ. Time is precious, so have to make sure you pass that assessment in order to reach Round 2 with the HR. If fail assessment, don't bother waiting for a call, you won't be shortlisted as you don't possess the numerical skills to join a rewards consulting job.
