Carls Patio interview questions

They give you a very rigorous interview. They feed you alot of postive input but once you accept and they hire you, they change company policies on their own. You have to go for a drug test. For the minimal money they start you with they expect someone with a college degree.

Met with the sales manager who gave me alot of positive feedback. Found out after I started that none of it was true. They paint a very nice woking experience and you will make good money. I had to find out the hard way that you don't. They do have beautiful looking stores and it was easy to agree to working with them.
