Went through three rounds of non-technical and technical phone screens (each about 30-45 minutes). I was then invited to an on-site interview where I met with 4-5 interviewers. Although some of the questions were technical in nature, I got the sense that finding a good fit for the corporate culture was a focus of some of the questions. Worked with a couple of Carbon Black's recruiters and they were great throughout the process. Hiring manager and all interviewers were down-to-earth and engaging, making me feel very comfortable the entire time.

The overall interview process from application to offer lasted 1 month and consisted of a screener call with the recruiter, two technical interviews conducted by video, a phone call with the hiring manager, and an in-person interview at the main office with a variety of people. I was impressed by how the company accurately portrayed this process on their website, and appreciated the timely manner in which everything happened.
