Unnecessarily protracted interview process. Literally all white recruiters. Head HR was so unprofessional. Had me call her then interrupted our call twice — once because she was in a meeting, even though she instructed me to call her at the designated time, and another halfway through our interview. LMAO, what a joke.

The interview process was great! It started with a phone call and progressed to a zoom meeting. Everyone was pleasant and I learned a lot about the role throughout the interview process.

Interview
I applied to the Proposal Coordinator job directly on Carahsoft's company website. A recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an interview and it all went downhill from there. They emailed me a paper application to fill out that had to be returned to them via email, had a second Zoom interview (recorded) with the recruiter and the would-be manager, and was then ghosted. Never heard from them again even after following up .
