Interview
I never applied. The recruiter just contacted me out of the blue. She said it was for an “entry-level recruiter” position. She only phone screened me. That’s it. Only phone interviews like several times. She could have just had one or two conversations at most but instead dragged it out to like several phone calls. Stupid. Sometimes she told me to call her which is weird and a red flag. No recruiter should ask you that (I would know, I use to be a manager/recruiter). It doesn’t make sense. They WASTED my time trying to make me think there was a job available and there wasn’t. I honestly think this company does this just to get your personal information. BEWARE. RUN. Don’t give them your information or time. The recruiter was so unprofessional. She didn’t even call me back or send me an email when she specifically said she would on a certain date. When I reached out to her, no reply for months! CRAZY. WEIRD company. STAY AWAY!

Interview
Most of the interview process was over the phone. All of the recruiters and managers that interviewed me were extremely personable and they set up expectations pretty well through out the whole process. I felt like everyone was extremely transparent with me, especially when asking in depth questions about the company.
