Not overly formal but it was concise and thorough. One of the more detailed interviews I've attended. Several senior people were in the interview. They were polite but asked many questions relating to my experience.

Walking through steps to manage a large scale technology program within NA as well outside NA. They asked some current challenges/pain points at a client site and asked what would you do to understand the political dynamics and culture fit to represent the company at a client site.
