I applied directly through online job portal. Cv was shortlisted by hiring manager and received the interview invitation to appear on Sunday walkin. There were total 4 technical + 1 Director +1 HR round . Interview Process took entire day to complete. I was able to clear all the technical round(as discussed in HR round) . Its been around a month but still there is no response or call back from HR even after sending him 2-3 reminder emails. I would say Capsilon needs to learn professional ethics and some courtesy for the candidates who have devoted full day for them - There is no harm to share the feedback or update the candidates with some information.
