the interview comprises of 3 rounds total, initial one with recruiter, second and third rounds with hiring managers, quick turnaround for the entire process past the first interview. interviews were mainly behavioral with a few questions about my technical experience

The interview process was quick and efficient. The recruiter Alison Miller was the best I’ve ever worked with. She helped me feel more relaxed and confident so I could let my background and experience shine. She provided me with valuable feedback and I truly appreciate her. My first impression of Capri Holdings was positive because of my recruiter. After the initial phone screening, I had interviews with the hiring manager and potential team mate who were both great. This was the best recruitment process I’ve been through.

Capri's internal recruiting team was available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. I was interviewed for a Management title, and following the initial phone screening, I interviewed three times with different levels of senior management. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, and only the final interview with my department head (Senior Vice President) was in-person. From the date I had my phone screening to the date I had my offer letter was about 4 weeks.

I applied online and received a phone interview. The recruiter was great and very communicative. very transparent about the role and salary. The phone screen was mostly me explaining my experience and they asked a few simple questions. Overall a good experience.

The most amazing recruiter Ashley Chomat reached out to me through LinkedIn. She was so pleasant and enticing about the position. Shortly after messaging I had an interview with her. She was so upbeat and happy, it completely took away my interview jitters and the rest of the time over FaceTime was a breeze. Following that interview I went on to the second interview. Before my second interview Ashley was so kind to prep me. She gave great feedback of what I should continue to do and some things to approve upon. My second interview was 30 minutes too with the Director of the department I was interviewing for. He was so nice/knowledgeable and gave me better insight of the company culture and what my day to day would look like. Following that interview I met with the Senior VP of the department. As well, that interview was 30 minutes. She was so nice too and went more into detail about the company culture and what makes them so successful

The hiring manager is very friendly. explaining the responsibility and working period of this position. It includes helping with the design drawing plan and mood board. The interns will work with one brand belonging to Capri Holdings.

Three simple questions, introduce yourself, walk us through your resume and why did you choose the company. It takes about 15-30 minutes, they are super nice and very responsive to questions

Following the submission of my application via the company website, the talent acquisition recruiter extended me a phone interview. The next step was for the recruiter to submit my resume to the department we agreed would fit my interests and experience. One month later, the managers of the department extended me an interview. I was notified of my offer via phone call. The process was seamless and done promptly.
