I applied online and had to complete several assessments as part of the application. One of which was a simulation of 3 phone calls in which you must select what you feel is the best response to the customer's situation. I was then contacted by a recruiter about a week later. She explained the hiring process, salary and expectations for the position. I was then informed that I was moving to the next step and phone interview was scheduled for the next day. The manager called at the exact time we discussed. We went through the interview questions and also completed a role play. I was given a timeframe of 2-3 business days to hear from a recruiter if I was being considered further for the position. I was called the next day with an offer and schedule options were discussed.

Long, drawn out process. Recruiter was really nice. From app submission to email contact about next phase was about two months. Video interview was fun & easy. Phone interview used STAR model & was a bit intimidating. Did not enjoy the process at all.
