I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in May 2017
Interview
A couple initial phone conversations were followed by a fairly extensive set of homework problems. These led to an on-site interview with a couple technical interviewers, a couple case studies, and a personality-centered conversation. Finally, phone calls with the hiring manager and then the hiring manager's boss. Throughout, everyone was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Definitely the best interview experience I've ever had.

Question 1
One of the case studies started off with a choice of two different problems, though they gave almost no information about what each was actually about.
Only gone through the initial HR interview process so far. Waiting to go through OA and power day. Applied mid June. Got an answer end of June/ early July. Seemed like just a screening of the resume so far. Nothing substantial yet.
