Interview
I applied for Capital One online and got a call from a recruiter within 48 hours. The recruiter asked me why I wanted to work at Capital One and why it interested me, the whole phone call took less then five minutes and I was scheduled for an interview the next coming week. The interview was done in two parts a behavioral interview and a job match interview, the recruiter let me know of this ahead of time. My behavioral interview was held first (it was the part I was most worried about) and I was asked a good 15 "Name a time when Questions...." After the questions where complete I was asked if I had any questions and I asked a few. I am normally nervous during interviews but my interviewer was very nice and casual and made me feel very comfortable. The next half of the interview was with a different interviewer and he was quiet personable as well, he asked me several more questions mostly having me elaborate on specific duties within my past experience and once again I was asked if I had more questions. I was told the interview went well before I left. I heard back from them two days latter.

Question 1
Name a time you didnt know what was going on at work?
Name a time you had to work within a group and what do you think made it successful
Name a time a customer was unhappy?
Lots of questions about group work and dealing with customers in different situations.
I just spent my whole night completing an assessment for what seemed like a call center role, only to be rejected immediately after answering personal questions about my high school education, age, and when I started providing for myself. It felt incredibly uncomfortable and awkward. This experience was violating, and to top it off, I got immediately denied by a computer and told to apply again in 6 months. I won’t be doing that.
