The interview process took 2-3 months with Gisela Robles being my main point of contact. Approx. 7 interviews each lasting around 45 minutes. The majority of the interviews went well. This is my second time interviewing with capital group and they both went the same way. I had to wait a couple weeks to hear back from the HR representative. I finally hear back after following up twice and she says we went with someone with more experience. These are entry level jobs mind you. I asked for more information, what I could do differently etc. She said, I will respond at my earliest convenience. It's been a couple weeks and nothing. It seems they don't care about developing employees mainly seeking out the most experienced person possible. I wouldn't waste my time interviewing with them again.
