Phone screening followed by onsite interview. Interview took all day and spent with different managers/employees (30 minutes each). Questions ranged from personality questions to questions about project experience. Friendly group of people who are eager to learn more about you.

Contacted by recruiter, submitted application, had a 30 minute screening phone interview followed by and hour long interview with head of the finance division two weeks after, never heard back from them again.
