Capita Sales Insight Analyst interview questions

Applied online, through the Capita website in December 2016, process took around a month; they got back to me after I chased up my application and I had an interview in January 2017. Interview went quite well, just a run through of my cv and my understanding of the role/company. I was told I would be given feedback within 2 weeks, whether I got the job or not with feedback. It is now March 2017 and I have not received any correspondence from them, even after I sent an email requesting some feedback. Only found out I didn't get it when I went on their website again and saw that the role had been filled.
