Interview
I got the phone call that I had been offered an interview after applying online. When I got there we were told more about the job and the training we will be getting. Afterwards we were divided into teams and then engaged in a group interview excercise game.

Your ship is sinking, there is a nearby island but you'll have to leave a 3 people behind? (You are given a list of people that were on the ship.)
