The job was posted in linked in by Capgemini employee. The JD was fitting my profile hence applied through linkedin and HR contacted me for technical discussion around and arranged for an interview. As my experience and expertise satisfied the project team I was shortlisted. HR contact back for HR discussion. Though it was a month process there on, I was able to communicate with the processing team and got regular update till the joining process. It was friendly and also welcoming on boarding process.

Interview
The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Interview
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
