I was contacted by a third party recruiter who then introduced me to the recruiter at Capgemini. To say she was obnoxious is an understatement. She made a snide remark about my unemployment due to layoffs. I had 3 rounds of interviews with two data scientists and a manager who all seemed nice. I was low balled on the salary at the end even though I had made it clear what my range of salary was.

Interview
The overall process is quite smooth, with the HR team being supportive and responsive at every stage. However, the technical interview can be challenging and requires strong preparation and clarity.
The full interview process was clear from the beginning. It was smooth, flexible, and suitable for the position responsibilities I am applied for. The HR was helpful with all my inquiries.
