I was hired on campus.
We had three rounds
1--> IQ Aptitude test--> Checked my IQ.. had verbal and analyis questions.. quite easy.. cut off was about 25/ 40
2--> Group Discussion--> We were given a topic in a round panel conference with 8 people with me. The panel checked each and everyone's ability to speak fluently within a crowd.
3---> Personal interview--> one on one interview with personal questions as to why capgemini and why branch.( ece to it )..
I cleared all three and got the job.. The experience was good
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

good, friendly asked about education, experience, technologies worked with. some technical questions. project preciously worked on. things that you master, your difficulties, role in projects. a difficult project that you previously worked on
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
