I applied through university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Sept 2019
Interview
There was an aptitude test consisting quant, lr, and essay writing and if you cleared this section you are moved on to pseudocode section . Shortlisting was done on the basis of overall score . I got shortlisted for interview . No gd. Although Being from mechanical
department department, I topped the aptitude test as i know c++ and SQL . But in interview they didn't ask me about my coding skills. It was completely on core Mechanical like cantilever beam and all. Although I answered all the questions I was shocked , because this interview has no meaning at all. And i was not shortlisted for hr round I don't know why.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
