I applied as a BCA final year student and minimum eligibility criteria was 65% throughout with no backlogs and maximum allowed gap of 2 years.
There were three phases to this interview:
1. Aptitude - General aptitude, basic programming questions
2. Technical - Basic concepts of computer science, Java concepts
3. HR (Final Round) - English proficiency

Capgemini first conducted Online Test, then final Interview and Its is on campus. So Capgemini employees came to campus and conducted online test and who qulaified in the test are eligible for final interview, which is virtual.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Diegem) in Aug 2025
Interview
First an HR screening round with questions like why this company and why this function. Then a culture fit interview. Then a technical interview with their client. Also some behavioural questions after the technical questions.
