Interview
Hiring process consisted of 4 rounds.
Starting with AMCAT test of general apptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability and paragraph writing. About 1500 students appeared for this exam and about 180 were shortlisted.
After that shortlisted students were called to give one more test of technical quiz containing programming , COA, SQL, Data structures related questions. It was 20 questions in 20 minutes test in which 60 students were shortlisted.
Next day we had our interviews which were basic technical and HR interviews and were of EASY level and 43 students were selected after HR for joining capegimini India.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
