I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (East Godavari) in Aug 2017
Interview
I have attended Capgemini on an on campus drive. It's a two day process. On the first day they conducted a written test (online platform- co cubes). One test on Aptitude (i.e., the test covers both Quantitative-16 Q and Reasoning-16 Q ) and other is a Written Communication Test (online WCT). The results were announced within an hour. Out of around 600 students 73 of us were shortlisted. Then on the next day they conducted 2 more rounds for finalizing the candidates. One being the Technical Round and the other being HR round. Out of 73 students 58 of us were in the final list. In TR round they tested on my basic knowledge on the graduation subjects. They posed many questions on my Resume and they also tested my programming skills. In HR, they just posed questions on flexibility for the bond, relocation and work shifts.
