Interview
A third party conducted test which consisted of 4 sections-
1. General Aptitude
2. English
3. Situation responsibilities
4. Basic coding
Problem arose when many students met the eligibility criteria But they did not recieved any email. And there were students who recieved email personally, But their name was not on list.
4-5 students whose name was not mentioned on list But recieved email personally, cleared the test But they were categorized in waiting list.
Interviews were conducted after few days.
CapeGemini's HR must be most confused person in this world. First he wanted to conduct interview of these students. Next day he change his stance.
A technical glitch and process and you are out.
