I recently interviewed at Capgemini for the role of Chatbot Developer / Google CCAI Developer. The process started with an initial HR screening where I was asked about my background, notice period, and the reason behind my career shift into chatbot development. This was followed by a technical interview that focused primarily on my knowledge of Dialogflow (particularly CX) and Google CCAI tools. I was asked to explain how I would approach building a chatbot for specific use cases, along with questions related to webhook integration, APIs, and my hands-on experience with chatbot frameworks. The final round was an HR discussion where we talked about salary expectations, company policies, and overall fit with the organization. Overall, the interview process was smooth, focused, and professionally conducted.
