The interview was well-structured, engaging, and professional. Questions were relevant to the role, allowing me to discuss my experience while learning more about Canva's collaborative culture and expectations. Good experience, but a lengthy interview process. Took around 2-3 weeks.

I passed until the 3rd interview, which is the interview with the Head of Marketing in SEA (if I am not mistaken). The first step was a quick video meeting with the HR, the 2nd step was a Canva challenge - which is like doing design tasks for them, then if you pass the challenge, you'd do interview with the user. I would say it was a pleasant process. Although it took a little bit quite of time.. Overall, the HR people who were involved in the process of the recruitment were really nice. They gave me tips on what to prepare and very supportive and kind.
