I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Canonical
Interview
All went well until a final 1:1 with the CEO who is a kind of ridiculous sociopath. After that I withdrew my application. The bizarre Glassdoor comments about the culture all made sense. No thank you!
Answering the questions for the first round takes forever. Although some of the questions are asked during application they ask again. Some outdated questions about highschool were there, I didn’t see the point of those for someone who went to highschool +10 years ago.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Canonical (Taipei) in May 2025
Interview
Applied online, and received the mail from talent recruit team to answer a list of questions. These written interview questions do take some times, which includes the marketing experience, knowing about Canonical, and many about the academic performance in high school. After answering this question, the talent recruiter would send the Thomas test. Unable to move to the next process.

Question 1
How do you measure the ROI of marketing activities?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Canonical
Interview
Lengthy and not very aligned with what you do
wouldnt recommend, cant imagine what could be the work culture if a marketing person has to undergo several mathematical tests in the initial interview itself
Interview questions [1]
